The Principal
Richard Dean, principal of MarkIntCon, has held positions of direct responsibility for programs supporting the national level civilian agencies of the Department of Defense. He is a trusted and respected member of the business community with relevant operational and cultural knowledge of large systems integrators, several government agencies, and small businesses.
In addition to current, hands-on knowledge of a wide range of information technology services and intelligence operations, Richard is an active Member and volunteer of The American Small Business Coalition. Coupled with his other personal and professional relationships, he has regular and unfettered access to an active network of qualified small, medium and large companies, active and retired civilian and military officials and experts from multiple disciplines in the private sector.
